If you are not sure of what the FAQs of your site are, or if you have no idea how to start with their configuration, this feature will be of great help. With Frequent Answers you can access a view with the questions most consulted by all clients and customize their answers, according to your business or company.
How can I activate the Frequently Asked Responses?
In order to activate the frequent answers you must contact your CRM > Chatbot > Responses and in the Frequent Answers card, click on Activate answers, as shown in the Gif below.
There the cards with the most frequent queries will be displayed, which you can activate or deactivate.
In each one you will find:
- Name of the default response.
- Generic response, which you can modify and customize.
- Pencil icon to edit.
- Icon to activate / deactivate.
How can I edit each card?
You can edit each card by clicking anywhere on the card that you are going to use, which will enable you to write the answer that you want your bot to give, then click Save and finally Activate.
Remember that only the response on the card can be modified, not the name of the card.
