Is it possible to discard some contacts before they become leads?
Of course! You can do it with a functionality that serves to stop the chatbot and ignore the contact, without it becoming a lead.
How to do it?
1. You have to write to us at email@example.com asking us for the functionality to ignore the lead :)
2. Once the functionality is activated, you will see that in CRM> Chatbot> Custom responses a box will be available whose legend is End the conversation after this response is triggered and ignore the contact.
NOTE: It is important to differentiate this functionality from "Pause the conversation", since when the conversation is paused, what is expected is that the client writes so that the chatbot continues with its conversation flow; On the other hand, in "Finish the conversation" the chatbot directly stops working for that client and does not register the lead.
3. Then, we will create a response in which we want the chatbot to not continue with its flow and end the conversation. For example, when a person uses the chatbot to offer their work availability. We will have to put the words with which we think they will write to us, such as "work" or "employment" and we will save this configuration, always making sure to check the End the conversation box.
4. Done! Every time someone writes any of those words, your chatbot will launch the answer you have defined and will close the conversation, without writing anything else and without registering the lead.
