How can I put together a decision tree in the flow of my conversation for the customer to choose between default options?
It's so easy! If you want your chatbot to start with a question and buttons as answer options, with this hack you will be able to do it in an easy and safe way.
First, you need to make sure to enter buttons in the initial message:
Once the initial message is configured, you should go to the Responses section to follow the flow of the conversation.
Here we will have to put together an answer according to the content of each button, for example, I want to buy:
To perform buttons within a response, they must be in the format [[TEXT1, TEXT2, TEXT3]] so that they can be displayed as selectable options. And in turn, that chosen option can take off other buttons as we see below:
