Setting up your Follow Up Emails
Follow-up Emails are a tool that allows us to give a more personalized treatment to potential clients who have chatted with the Chatbot and leave us their contact details (Mainly their Email)
Follow-up email looks to your customers
The Email will be sent from a Cliengo own box automatically once the Lead capture (with the email) has been completed. An email will arrive from your business to the email that the customer has entered and there you will be able to configure a personalized message and even add an image or signature
How do we configure the Automatic Tracking Email?
We enter Cliengo.com then Clients and then in the left column we click on Follow-up Emails.
Once here it will ask you if you want to activate the automatic responses, our name and the default Subject of the Emails.
Finally we will have the text field to configure the body of the Email, there we can change the text format, font sizes, underlines, add links and tables.
How can I add images to my automatic responses?
We must take into account that the images that are sent must be hosted somewhere or on a Web address. These can be taken from your own site, for example, to compose the corporate signature of the company.
To configure the image, paste the URL of the image to add and then specify the width and height, alignment, etc.
