The new client manager view now also shows the detail of the custom responses that were triggered in the conversation for that client.
This feature allows you to easily identify whether there have been any custom responses triggered in each conversation and what was the client's reaction to those responses without having to dive into the conversation detail.
As you can see in the above image, there is a Responses section below the Status and Assigned to buttons.
(1) indicates the response that was triggered. The purple tag with the fish hook icon shows the response name. Each response must now have a name assigned. If you haven't named your responses, then the system will associate the keyword in that response configuration and name it accordingly, as it's shown in this example.
(2) Shows the custom triggered response.
(3) shows the client's reply after the triggered response message.
