CRM 2.0 now allows to add more customization to the different stages of your sales process.
There are 4 existing commercial statuses: Cliengo son:
- To Contact/New
- In Progress
- Without Sale
With this new feature, you can now add up to 5 new substatuses. The substatuses can be associated to the stages in progress, sale or without sale.
Create a substatus
In order to create a new substatus, got to Clientes - Status Manager.
As it is shown in the above image, you can add new substatuses under any of the three available statuses. You can also edit them and change their name, as well as delete them.
You can add up to 5 substatuses to any status or in total.
IMPORTANT: If you have any clients assigned to an existing sub-status, you won't be able to delete them without changing their status or substatus first.
View a substatus
Once you have created a substatus, you can find them in the Client Management section as sub- tabs under each of the statuses tabs. The substatuses are identified with the color blue.
You can assign any client to a substatus of your choice, or make a search by substatuses in the same way available for statuses.
