Our plan pricing varies according to the amount of Cliengo Contacts they provide per month.
A Cliengo Contact is simply a visitor on your website that talks to the chatbot and leaves their contact details (name, phone, and e-mail), thus becoming a lead for your business.
In other words, we charge according to how many prospective clients the chatbot can get you per month. For instance, if a plan has a limit of 100 Cliengo Contacts, that means that Cliengo can obtain the contact details of no more than 100 people per month. That is, only the visitors that effectively left the contact details on the Cliengo chat are the ones that count!
It’s highly likely that the bot might have to chat with a lot more than 100 people in order to get you those 100 Cliengo Contacts. As a matter of fact, our studies show that Cliengo dramatically improves the conversions on your website compare to a traditional contact form. That being said, an optimal performance highly depends on the traffic that your website gets, and hence it correlates to your online marketing strategy.
What happens when I reach my contact limit?
If you reach your Cliengo Contact monthly cap, the chat will simply be disabled until the next monthly cycle begins or until you purchase a plan with a higher amount of Cliengo Contacts. Any new visitor arriving to your site after you’ve reached the limit will not be able to see the chatbot or talk to it.
If this is a situation that occurs frequently, it´s likely that your current plan is not enough to meet the needs of your website traffic, and therefore you might want to consider subscribing to another plan that best fits your needs.
