¿Why link my Adwords account to Cliengo?
Our integration with Google Adwords has several benefits. Firstly, you will be able to track every contact obtained by the chatbot as a conversion in Google Adwords. This is important if you are currently running online campaigns on Google and you want to have an accurate insight on how the traffic that is being directed to your site is converting and leaving their contact details.
Plus, you will also be able to view your Adwords stats in your Cliengo account in our Statistics section for an easier follow up on your metrics.
Follow these simple steps to link your account to Google Adwords.
1) Link your Google AdWords account from the "Integrations" menu:
2) Request through our support channel or write to hola@cliengo.com, so that we activate the association of your Google AdWords pixels to the chat robot
MCC (My Client Center) Accounts
If your Google Adwords account has an MCC hierarchy and you are administrating other Adwords accounts under your account, skip the first step and contact us directly with your conversion pixel code. Make sure to let our support team know that your account is an MCC so that they are aware of this and can correctly link your account.
