The option to pay for your Cliengo subscription with PayPal is available worldwide (except Argentina). To access this option, you must do it from your CRM, by clicking on "Account" → Plans. Once you choose the Plan you want, you will receive the following message:
When you select this option, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site. Once there, you will have two options and you must select the one that corresponds to your situation:
- "I already have a PayPal account", then you will be prompted to log in to your account to proceed with the payment.
- "I need to create a PayPal account (where available)" - In this case, simply fill in the required fields to create the account.
Once you have completed all the required fields and entered the code below everything, just click on "Continue" to finish subscribing to your selected plan.
Renewal and Collection
The amount of the selected plan will be automatically debited every month from your PayPal account. In the event that your balance is less than the amount due, the difference will be debited from the card associated with your PayPal account.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Cliengo account, in the Account -> Plans section.
