There are two options for configuring your e-mail notifications. That's where you will get the contact details from all the leads obtained by our Cliengo chatbot.
Contact Info
You can configure the main email in your account in Chatbot -> Contact info. If your account has several websites available, you will need to select first the one you want to edit. Afterward, you can complete the 'main email' and 'emails to copy' fields:
Auto-assignment.
The section CRM - Auto-assignment allows you to designate the users that will automatically receive contact details from your new leads. Each assignment will be done to a different user on a rotational scheme.
By clicking in Managing users, another button will prompt for inviting users. You can click on that button to add the different users in your account that will be auto-assigned with new contact details.
NOTE: Remember that you can add as many users as your plan allows.
